First Flock Public Beta is out…
The first public beta for Flock , a web browser based on Firefox (with some really neat social networking tools added ) is available for Windows, Mac and Linux. In fact, I am using the Linux version to type this post.
Yummy goodness…

Though fun may be made of the name, for those who use Flickr, who like to blog using Blogger, Wordpress, Drupal and others and/or use del.icio.us, it’s a pretty nice tool.
I like being able to post without having to open yet another Firefox tab.
Other than some Firefox issues (memory use — Flock is built with Firefox guts), Flock is a pretty decent browser…with a semi-silly name.
